How I work
Take the weight off key people
When everything depends on a few people remembering everything, the business can only grow as fast as they can. A good system carries that load, so you can take on more work without hiring for every part of it.
Straight answers about AI
Sometimes AI is the right tool. Often a clearer process, a better template or one less handover does more. I'll tell you which before you spend anything.
The work should show
Plenty of firms are better than their proposals make them look. Fixing the presentation, the proposal and the credentials is often the cheapest way to win more work.
Yours when I leave
Your team should be able to run and change everything I build. I write it down, walk them through it and help while they get used to it. After that, it's yours.
