(a) pricing
Know what it costs before you commit.
No hourly ambiguity and no surprise invoices. Focused work runs on a simple day rate; bigger projects are quoted as a fixed price after I've scoped them with you.
The day rate
£400/ day
One rate, no tiers. Focused pieces of work — a review, a fix, a new template, ongoing support — are billed at £400 a day, agreed in advance so you always know what a piece of work will cost.
Larger builds — a full audit, an automation platform, a client-facing system — are quoted as a fixed price after a scoping conversation. The price I agree with you is the price you pay.
(b) by service
What each service costs
Systems audit & roadmap
A plain-language map of where the business is leaking time and margin, plus a sequenced, costed plan for fixing it.
Quoted per project
Fixed price agreed up front once I've scoped how much of the business it covers.
AI & automation build
The repeatable work — quotes, reports, scheduling, record-keeping — turned into a system your team can run.
Quoted per project
Priced from the audit roadmap, so you're never paying for automation you don't need.
Client-facing systems
Capability presentations, proposals, tender responses and credentials packs built as a reusable system.
Quoted per project
Scoped around what you need to win the work in front of you, then priced as a fixed piece.
Handover & support
Written guides, walkthrough sessions, and support while the new way of working beds in.
£400 / day
Ongoing support and smaller pieces of work are billed at the day rate.
Every engagement starts with a conversation, not a contract. If the numbers don't make sense for your business, I'll tell you before any money changes hands.
Talk it through before you spend anything.
Tell me where the business feels stuck and I'll give you an honest view of what it would take — and cost — to fix.
