A 55-year specialist, finally presented like one
Purkelly Bros have installed piling, underpinning and reinforced concrete foundations since 1971, and are an approved contractor to the leading subsidence claim handlers in the UK. What they didn't have was a way to show that. I built their capability presentation for a review with Sedgwick UK — one of their biggest clients — turning fifty-five years of technical know-how into something a claim handler could follow in twenty minutes: who they are, the pile types and when each is used, the sectors and accreditations behind them, and exactly how a job runs for the handler and the policyholder. It's built as a reusable format, so the next meeting is an edit rather than a rebuild.

The audit trail became the product
RPA Safety Services were running inspections through a generic checklist app and doing the real work — evidence, corrective actions, client reporting — by hand afterwards. Sitewise was built around their process instead. Every defect gets its own photo and its own corrective action, with an owner and a deadline attached. The report reaches the client the moment an inspector finishes on site, and as the competent person Tom approves every template before it's ever used in the field. In health and safety the audit trail is the product — Sitewise makes it the default, not the afterthought.
