A capability presentation for their Sedgwick UK review
Purkelly Bros have installed piling, underpinning and reinforced concrete foundations since 1971, and are an approved contractor to the UK's leading subsidence claim handlers. Sedgwick UK, one of their biggest clients, held a review, and I built the capability presentation for it: something a claim handler can follow in twenty minutes. It covers who they are, the pile types and when each is used, their sectors and accreditations, and how a job runs for the handler and the policyholder. They can update it for the next meeting rather than starting again.

Sitewise: an inspection platform built around their process
RPA Safety Services carry out health and safety inspections. Their old checklist app covered the visit itself, but the evidence, corrective actions and client reports were all done by hand afterwards. I built Sitewise around the way RPA already worked, so that follow-up happens as part of the inspection.
“We were running inspections through a generic checklist app and doing a lot of the real work — evidence, actions, reporting — by hand afterwards. Sitewise was built around our process instead. Every defect gets its own photo and its own corrective action with an owner and a deadline, the report reaches the client the moment we finish on site, and as the competent person I approve every template before an inspector ever uses it.
